Non-Package Venue Rental
Property rental without a Rubicon wedding package includes the full use of the 1800-square-foot farmhouse
(one full and ½ bath with dressing areas) and the grounds which features outbuildings, a gazebo, and open grassy spaces for a variety of parties and events. A multitude of parking is available along the flat areas adjacent to the long farm driveway.
Buffet & picnic tables also are included.
