The 1820s farmhouse at Rubicon Farm is a charming centerpiece for the open grassy countryside acreage that surrounds the house. Called the Black-Cole House, it was updated in 2005 as a getaway for an active family that loves the outdoors. Now empty-nesters, the couple who owns Rubicon rents this special property out as a venue for an array of special events.
NEW IN 2022 is Rubicon’s Covered Terrace, perfect for both small and large functions. High-beamed and stately, it will feature two welcoming porches that will set off special festivities to each celebration.

Property Rental for parties, concerts, military retirements, corporate gatherings and more includes the downstairs of the 1800-square-foot farmhouse (one full and ½ bathrooms), the Covered Terrace and the grounds which features outbuildings, a gazebo, and open grassy spaces for a variety of parties and events. A multitude of parking is available along the flat areas adjacent to the long farm driveway.
Our Turn-key Events include:

All tables, chairs and tablecloths
All coordination with caterers, bartenders, etc.
